With the monsoon rains in Uttarakhand, the possibility of increasing dengue outbreak has also increased. Along with making people aware about the prevention of dengue, the health department is also destroying dengue larvae by going door to door. CMO Dehradun Dr. Sanjay Jain said that ASHA workers have been instructed to destroy dengue larvae. Now ASHA workers have inspected more than one lakh 63 thousand houses in which dengue larvae have been found at 1378 places so far.
उत्तराखंड में मानसून की बारिश के साथ ही डेंगू का प्रकोप बढ़ने की भी संभावना बढ़ गई है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से डेंगू की रोकथाम के लिए लोगों को जागरूक करने के साथ ही घर घर जाकर डेंगू के लार्वा को नष्ट किया जा रहा है। सीएमओ देहरादून डॉ संजय जैन ने बताया कि डेंगू के लार्वा को नष्ट करने के लिए आशा कार्यकत्रियों को निर्देशित किया गया है। अब आशा कार्यकत्रियों ने एक लाख 63 हजार से अधिक घरों का निरीक्षण किया जिसमें अब तक 1378 जगहों पर डेंगू का लार्वा मिला है।
