Odisha Minister Rabi Narayan Naik on July 17 emphasized the urgency of completing the ‘Har Ghar Nal pe Jal’ scheme, following a crucial meeting with the Jal Shakti minister. He further criticized previous BJD government’s approach towards the scheme and called it inappropriate.
