इंसानियत की सबसे बड़ी मिसाल इस समय भावना बोहरा हैं. ऐसा इसलिए क्यूंकि भावना बोहरा ने ऐसे 24 बच्चों को गोद लिया है जिनका अब इस दुनिया में कोई नहीं बचा। दरअसल छत्तीसगढ़ के कुकदुर हादसे में मारे गए परिवारों के इन 24 बच्चों को उन्होंने गोद लिया है। जिसमें इन बच्चों की शिक्षा, विवाह और रोजगार तक जिम्मेदारी उठाने का भरोसा उन्होंने दिलाया है। 19 आदिवासियों के परिवार के बच्चों को विधायक भावना बोहरा ने गोद लेने की घोषणा की है।
