अंग्रेजों के समय वायसराय इसका इस्तेमाल करते थे। सोने से सजी-धजी इस बग्घी के दोनों ओर भारत का राष्ट्रीय चिह्न सोने से अंकित है। इस बग्घी को खींचने के लिए खास घोड़े चुने जाते हैं। उस समय 6 ऑस्ट्रेलियाई घोड़े इसे खींचा करते थे लेकिन अब इसमें चार घोड़ों का ही इस्तेमाल किया जाता है
