प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि इस विशेष क्षण को देखने के लिए विभिन्न राज्यों के युवा मौजूद रहेंगे। इस अवसर पर भूटान के भी युवा मौजूद रहेंगे। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, ‘‘जिन युवाओं के साथ बेंगलूरू स्थित इसरो के केंद्र में मैं इस विशेष क्षण को देखूंगा, वे ऐसे मेधावी मस्तिष्क हैं जिन्होंने इसरो अंतरिक्ष क्विज जीता है।’’
