प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने बुधवार को कहा कि झारखंड की एक विशेष धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम कोर्ट ने धोखाधड़ी के आरोप में 5 लोगों को कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई है. सभी आरोपी जामताड़ा जिले के रहने वाले हैं. अदालत ने मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग रोकथाम अधिनियम के तहत आरोपियों को 5 साल की कड़ी सजा सुनाई है.
The Enforcement Directorate said on Wednesday that a special Prevention of Money Laundering Act court in Jharkhand has sentenced 5 people to rigorous imprisonment on charges of fraud. All the accused are residents of Jamtara district. The court has sentenced the accused to 5 years of rigorous imprisonment under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
