Delhi : हाई कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार को क्यों लगाई फटकार | Delhi University| Delhi HighCourt| PunjabKesariCom
हाई कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार को फटकार लगाईं है। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार को यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया है कि दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के 12 कॉलेजों के कर्मचारियों को वेतन देने के लिए उन्हें एक हफ्ते के अंदर फंड जारी किया जाए। हाई कोर्ट ने न्यायिक आदेशों का पालन नहीं करने पर मंत्री आतिशी सहित दिल्ली सरकार के सीनियर अधिकारियों को अवमानना नोटिस जारी करने की भी चेतावनी दी।
The High Court has reprimanded the Delhi government. Along with this, the court has directed the Delhi government to ensure that funds are released within a week to pay salaries to the employees of 12 colleges of Delhi University. The High Court also warned of issuing contempt notices to senior officials of the Delhi government, including Minister Atishi, for not following judicial orders.
