ईडी द्वारा दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री और आप के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी के बाद दिल्ली की मंत्री और आप नेता आतिशी ने आरोप लगाया कि भाजपा लोकतंत्र की हत्या कर रही है। उन्होंने आगे कहा, ”हमने दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की अवैध गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अर्जी दायर की है. कल सुबह सुप्रीम कोर्ट में इसका जिक्र किया जाएगा. हमें उम्मीद है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट लोकतंत्र की रक्षा करेगा।
