गृह मंत्रालय ने हरियाणा पुलिस को मांग से अधिक जवान दिए हैं। इस संबंध में दिल्ली पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी का कहना है कि हरियाणा पुलिस अपने इलाके में किसानों को नहीं रोक पाती है जिससे वे दिल्ली की सीमा तक आ जाते हैं। पिछले वर्षों में जब भी इस तरह के हालात हुए पुलिस विफल साबित होती रही है।
